Can You Put A Dance Floor Anywhere?
Probably not, but we’ll try. The surface needs to be dry, level, and flat, unless you want to put the dance floor on a raised and leveled platform, such as a stage deck.

What Goes At The Edges Of The Dance Floor?

Do You Rent Anything Else?
No, actually, we only rent dance floors at the moment. We are planning on expanding into tables, chairs and possibly tents.
Do You Deliver, Install And Pickup? What Does That Cost?
Absolutely. Installation is included in the rental price of the panels, but additional charges apply for delivery and for pickups.
Delivery and pickup charges start at $120 and go up from there depending on distance from Bedford, size of the floor and the difficulty of the path between the loading area and dance floor site.
Late night pickup charges start at $200 and go up for very large floors and for floors that need to be picked up between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m.
Do You Offer Any Discounts?
We offer negotiable discounts for the event industry and for events benefiting local non-profits. In general, we thinking dancing is great for so many reasons that we see it as our opportunity to enable as much dancing as possible. If you don’t think you can afford a dance floor, we’d love to talk with you anyway and see if we can work something out.
Do You Have Additional Terms And Conditions
Yes, we do. Please peruse our rental agreement at your leisure.
When Do I Have To Pay?
Payment in full is generally due 10 days before the event. Payment terms are negotiable for clients in the event industry.
Do Your Prices Include Sales Tax?
No. We are a small business and not required to charge GST at this time.
Do You Require A Deposit To Reserve A Floor?
A deposit of $50 is required to reserve a dance floor unless you are in the event industry or a repeat customer. The deposit is refundable up until 30 days before the delivery date, if you need to cancel.
What If Something Happens And I Have To Cancel?
We’ll give you a full refund. If you cancel 10 days or less in advance of install day, 50% refund thereafter. All cancellations related to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic will receive a full refund regardless of timing.
